Card Edge Connectors

Card edge connectors are electrical connectors which are used in PCBs (printed circuit boards). They are the connectors that are found along the edges of a Printed Circuit Board, and are used to connect electrical and electronic components on the board. Card Edge Connectors are designed to provide a secure and reliable connection for components on a PCB. They can be used for power, ground, and other input or output signals from a PCB. Card Edge Connectors typically have metal pins or contacts which are arranged in a row. These connectors are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, depending on the application requirements. Additionally, various types of card edge connectors have been developed to meet different application requirements.
