D-Sub Cables

D-Sub cables are a type of data cable used for connecting computer hardware devices, such as printers, scanners, and modems, to a computer. They are composed of a male connector, usually referred to as a “D-sub” or “D-connector”, and a female connector, also called a “D-sub” or “D-connector”. There are two main types of D-subs: DB-9 (also known as DE-9) and DB-25 (also known as DE-25). DB-9 has nine pins, while DB-25 has 25. The cables come in various lengths, from one centimeter to several meters. The cables are typically shielded and can be used for both digital and analog signals.
