Fan Accessories

Fan accessories refer to the different components that are used to help customize and optimize an air fan. Examples of fan accessories include fan guards and grills, mounting hardware, filter kits, humidity controllers, speed control switches, timers, and ventilation fans. Fan guards or grills are covers that protect people from blades of the fan and prevent foreign objects from entering the internal parts of the fan. Mounting hardware is used to mount the fan securely in place and comes in various sizes and shapes to fit the fan model. Filter kits come with different filters such as washable filters, carbon filters, and pleated filters. These filters capture particles and debris that regular fans do not capture, like pet fur and dander, mold, and dust mites. Humidity controllers are used to adjust the amount of moisture in the air depending on the specific needs. Speed control switches set the fan to a certain speed or provide a steady and consistent flow of air. Timers are used to set a particular time for the fan to turn on and off or used to shut off automatically. Lastly, ventilation fans help keep air circulating and allow hot air to escape.
