Test Clips

Test clips (also called probing or test Probes) are tools and devices used to connect electrical test equipment to components or circuits on a printed circuit board (PCB) to measure their electrical properties or other parameters. Test clips can come in many shapes and sizes and can include multiple contact points, depending on the component or circuit being tested. Clips may be insulated or bare, and usually include materials such as brass, nickel, stainless steel, aluminum, or plastic. Test clips are used in conjunction with a variety of testers and other test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic probes, logic analyzers, and power meters. Test clips allow for measurements and pinpoint component selection with ease.
