Data logging and acquisition systems are used in many industries and applications, such as medical, industrial, and automotive. Data loggers and acquisition systems measure, collect, analyze, store, and transmit data from a variety of sensors. This data is recorded into a data log file or database and can be used to provide analysis of conditions over time, or real-time data to help monitor or control a process. In some cases, data acquired through these systems can be used to provide feedback to adjust control settings or trigger an alarm or other response.
