Board Mount Temperature Sensors

Board mount temperature sensors are devices that measure temperatures on circuit boards and other electronic components. They generally come in the form of a connected set of components, such as a thermistor, a resistor and a copper conductor. The thermistor, or temperature sensitive device, acts as the sensor, while the resistor and copper conductor helps to complete the electrical circuit and connect the thermistor to other electronic components. Many different types of temperature sensors are available that are designed to accurately measure temperatures in a range of different applications and conditions. Board mount temperature sensors can be used to measure a range of temperatures, depending on their design and the application. They are often used in the monitoring and control of many industrial, and even some residential, applications.
