RF Amplifier
A radio frequency (RF) amplifier is a type of electronic amplifier designed to amplify signals in the radio frequency range. This type of amplifier typically operates in the range of 10 kHz to 30 MHz, and is used in a variety of applications, including boosting the range of a radio signal, increasing the gain of a television signal, and amplifying the power of a radar signal. RF amplifiers are generally made up of transistors, resistors, and capacitors, which are configured to increase the output power of the input signal. Depending on the application, the amplifier may be optimized for linearity, voltage gain, power gain, or a combination of these characteristics. In addition to RF amplifiers, some amplifiers also operate in the microwave spectrum, in the range of 30-300 GHz.
