Video ICs

Video ICs, or integrated circuits, are electronic components designed for the input, output, and manipulation of video signals. They are used in a variety of applications, from gaming consoles to live streaming online video. Types of video ICs include video encoders, decoders, converters, receivers, transmitters, and scalers. Video encoders are used to convert analog video into a digital format, such as MPEG-4 or H.264. Decoders are designed to convert digital video back into an analog format. Video converters are used to change the resolution or format of a video signal. Receivers and transmitters are used to send and receive video signals over a network connection. Scalers can be used to scale up or down the resolution of an existing video signal.
