RF Microcontrollers (MCUs) are specialized integrated circuits designed for radio frequency (RF) applications. These devices are designed to operate in both the radio frequency (RF) and microwave bands. The primary functions of RF MCUs are to control wireless communication, allow wireless data transmission, and process wireless signals.
