Analogue & Digital Crosspoint ICs

Analogue & Digital Crosspoint ICs are integrated circuit chips used to switch signals in communications systems. Analogue Crosspoint ICs are analogue switches that can be used to switch one analogue input signal to multiple outputs (or switch multiple inputs to one output). Digital Crosspoint ICs are used to route digital data from multiple inputs to multiple outputs. These matrix switches are found in various communications technologies such as cable television, video conferencing, streaming audio/video, satellite, and other wired and wireless communication applications. Both types of crosspoint ICs provide an array of controllable switching elements, often with multiple switching configurations. They are typically found in receivers, transmitters, and data communication systems.
