Solid State Relays

Solid state relays are electronic switching devices that are used in place of mechanical relays. Unlike conventional electromagnetic relays, SSRs have no moving parts, which means that they are more reliable and require less maintenance than the mechanical equivalents. Additionally, solid state relays are more efficient and can switch faster than the alternatives. They are most commonly used in automated control systems to control electrical devices such as pumps, fans, motors, and other appliances. Solid state relays are designed to handle low voltage and low current applications, and they can be used to switch AC or DC loads.
