Relay Sockets & Fixings

Relay sockets and fixings are parts used to connect and secure a relay to a circuit. A relay is an electrical switch that is used to control a large amount of electrical current with a small amount of electrical current. The relay socket is designed to securely and firmly hold the relay in place, while allowing easy access to wires and connections. It provides a secure and insulated housing for the relay which helps to protect it from outside influences such as vibration, moisture, and dust. Relay fixings are also used to securely mount the relay socket onto a circuit board or other wiring platform. The fixings typically include screws, nuts, washers, bolts, andlock nuts which ensure that no part of the relay socket can be vibrated loose over time. Relay sockets and fixings help to ensure that a reliable and safe connection can be established between the relay and its circuit.
