Standoffs & Spacers

Standoffs and spacers are cylindrical, threaded components that are used to create space between two objects, typically pieces of hardware such as PCBs, chassis, and panels. Standoffs provide a secure means of mechanically fastening two or more components together and can be used to maintain a precise distance between them. Spacer can also refer to the same product and are sometimes used in place of standoffs in certain applications, but generally standoffs are used to provide the most secure connection. Standoffs and spacers range in size and material, and can be made of stainless steel, plastic, aluminum, duoloy, brass, and other materials.
