Headers & Wire Housings

Headers and wire housings are the essential components of an electrical connector system. Headers, which are sometimes referred to as pins or male connectors, are electrical pins that extend out from a device and are used to create an electrical connection. Wire housings, which are also known as receptacles or female connectors, receive the header and form an electrical connection.
